Ensure that channels are assigned individual messages and content in addition to the core message. These messages must be tailored to the channel in terms of content and visuals. And, above all, to the channel-specific users, their user behaviour and their form of media/message consumption. Customer interest is triggered above all when they are intrigued to relate, think and react. This happens when different aspects of the brand, product or service are presented to them on different channels, sometimes entertaining, sometimes info-taining. And when they form their own picture by putting it all together they are already interacting with it.
